Wan Wan Wan

Companion piece to my previous picture, "The Best of Both Worlds"; you didn't honestly think that I could leave William out of all the fun, did you? XD

So here we've got genius doctor William Birkin and Silent Hill 2's secret 'master-mind', Mira the shiba inu. I decided that if James and Chris were the 'protagonists', and Wesker and Pyramid Head were the 'antagonists' than these two are the 'probably-more-evil-than-not, semi-neutral, under-appreciated, and beyond-brilliant' forces of the series. eue;;

William is a literal super-genius and Mira is actually the one controlling all of the events between SH2, if you get her "In the Doghouse" ending. So why wouldn't they get along?

...well, actually, I figure that they wouldn't get along because William is so extremely childish, that I don't think he would like to be one-upped by a talking dog. He had a literal freak out when Umbrella hired one ten-year-old girl, so being made to work out the groundwork for an entire city/town with a talking dog might grind his gears the wrong way, assuming that he thinks Mira thinks that she is smarter/better than him. @U@;;---which is exactly what they are doing, BTW.

William brought some Umbrella papers to the table, and Mira brought a map of Silent Hill, and now they're pounding out the details of making an entirely new layout using influences from the two.

While the last picture was to show my celebration over this great news (of Shinji Mikami and Akira Yamaoka working together on a brand new horror game series), this picture is more humor-related in my hopes that Akira and Shinji would not bunt heads as much as William and Mira probably would. XD;;

If you would like to know what they are saying, here is the direct English translation [as well as the Romanji]:

MIRA: "What do you think? I want to put the control room here."

And no, I do not speak Japanese. I had three of my friends help me to translate: ~haphazard-witch, =Nytrinhia, and ~mkcs. Especially ~mkcs. Thanks girls~♥

And I told you guys that I would still be using this style from time to time. I've changed around little things here and there though, made tweaks to the style; mostly the eyes, but also the way that I color too. I'm going to color this way (when I use this style) from now on, because it's SO much easier and gives a much-more desired effect. C:

Oh, and yes that is a sample of "G" in William's pocket, as well as an inhaler. Thanks to *PracticalAl I can no longer see William without one... X'D
Mira was heavily referenced from her illustrated design in the "Alien Ending" of SHSM (the single best thing that came out of that game, ffffff). I-I'm not so very good at drawing dogs though, so sorry if she looks off. ; 3 ;
